Coaching at two postgrads prior to TCPG, Rowlett has successfully developed and placed over 125 players to the collegiate level. He is a subject matter expert regarding both fielding and hitting.

Before coaching, Rowlett played professional baseball in both the American Association and the Frontier League. During his collegiate career, Rowlett played at a JUCO and later a NCAA Division 1 program. He was a D1 All-Conference player, with a career .316 college average.

Coach Harris won the National Champion TWICE while playing for LSU Baseball in 1997 and 2000. Coach Harris was drafted out of high school by the New York Yankees and was drafted and signed with the Arizona Diamondback after College. He is a current MLB agent and Associate Scout for the Texas Rangers and Milwaukee Brewers. Coach Harris looks forward to having the opportunity to help keep sending this program in the right direction and assisting players to find opportunities to grow and develop.

Coach Usrey is co-founder and director of TCPG. As part of the executive staff, he is fully committed to making our program the best in the business. Coach Usrey assists in everything from recruitment to player development. He has connections all over the country from operating TX Freedom Baseball for the past three years and coaching for Arkansas Sticks before that. Coach Usrey grows our program every day and never stops working for our players.

Coach Boucher graduated from Queen City High School and went on to play at Bossier Parish Community College and Texas A&M University Texarkana where he completed both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees.

Coach Boucher specializes in pitching but brings an overall wealth of baseball knowledge from numerous levels to the program. Prior to Twin City Post Grad, Boucher was on staff at the University of Arkansas Rich Mountain, Clarendon, University of Arkansas Mid South (NJCAA DIl), and was on coaching staff of the Texarkana Razorbacks that won the 2016 American Legion World Series.

Coach McAdoo is a co-founder of TCPG and runs the behind-the-scenes operations to keep our program running. As part of the executive staff, he wants every player to find success and considers it his job to make that happen.
